M. PHARM in Pharmaceutics

The M. PHARM Course offered by this college is recognized by Pharmacy Council of India, approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and Government of Karnataka, and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. This two year Course after the completion of B.Pharm is designed to train the students to carryout research in the field of pharmacy and to work at various levels in Pharmaceutical Research and Development, Formulation and Development, Pharma Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research Organizations and as academicians.


Duration Of the Course: 2 years (2 semesters of 12 months each)

Examination
In first year, there shall be two sessional examinations for theory for 50 marks (including seminar of 20 marks) and two practical examinations for 50 marks conducted by the college. University shall conduct Final Examination separately for theory and practicals for 100 Marks.


Attendance and Progress
A candidate is required to put in at least 80% attendance in theory and practical subjects separately in a recognized institution approved by Pharmacy council of India and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The candidate shall complete prescribed course satisfactorily to be eligible to appear for the respective examination.
